Our Work

We've had the pleasure of hosting impressive events with some of the world's leading brands. Here are just a couple of examples of what we can do.

RAF Tucano Aircraft Decommission

The Brief:

Hosted in an aircraft hangar at an RAF base, our task was to put on an event to celebrate the decommission of the Tucano aircraft for current and ex-RAF servicemen and connections.

- Cash bar and 2 drinks receptions for 500+ guests

- Bar management for the whole event, from start to finish

- Serving a full menu on the main bar

- Three other themed portable bars, including an LED cocktail bar, whisky bar and rustic ale bar

- No wait times or queuing

- 40+ tables with stools and a seating area

The Outcome:

We created an amazing send-off for this great aircraft. We welcomed a range of guests with different connections to the aircraft who had come to celebrate its dedicated service.

The event had a great atmosphere with drinks flowing and a fun vibe. We provided a fast, friendly and professional service with a range of different themed bars to break up the room.

Boohoo & Pretty Little Thing Summer Party

The Brief:

We were tasked with providing an unforgettable summer party for the team at Boohoo and Pretty Little Thing.
Create a themed bar serving a mix of cocktails, spirit mixers and Prosecco
The drinks had to be both highly Instagramable and served fast!
With time of the essence, our flair bartenders had to be on top form, not only creating delicious cocktails that looked great but preparing them at speed.

The Outcome:

On the day of the event, we set up a branded bar over 12 metres long, serviced by 14 staff, which included a dedicated event manager to ensure everything ran smoothly. A total of 4,500 drinks were served on the day, including 2,000 cocktails in the first 90 minutes of the event. Overall, our bartenders served a staggering 100 drinks each per hour!
